CarpeDiem. The SCRIPT CarpeDiem Dataset is a longitudinal clinical dataset containing 21,931 ICU patient-days from 704 mechanically ventilated patients with suspected pneumonia, enrolled through the SCRIPT study at Northwestern University. It combines demographic information, physician-adjudicated pneumonia diagnoses and outcomes, and more than 100 daily clinical variables, including vital signs, laboratory results, organ support therapies, and severity-of-illness measures. By capturing patient data on a day-by-day basis, the dataset enables detailed investigation of disease progression, treatment response, and clinical outcomes in severe pneumonia.

SCRIPT Data on dbGaP is a controlled-access dbGaP dataset containing participant-level genomic, multi-omic, and associated clinical phenotype data collected through the SCRIPT study. The resource enables secondary research using linked molecular and clinical data from mechanically ventilated patients with pneumonia.

SCRIPT SRA Run Selector is publicly available sequencing metadata and files hosted through the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA), including 726 RNA and genomic DNA sequencing runs generated from SCRIPT study participants.

HLA typing of Lassa or Ebola patients and survivors. In an effort to increase our understanding of the immune response to Lassa and Ebola viruses, we are typing the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes from Lassa and Ebola patients, as well as healthy individuals.
